Juniper Stone
This 2000 GABF® Gold Medal winner uses juniper berries, added post-fermentation to give our Boscos Famous Flaming Stone a little bit of pine, wood, and spice. This is a great alternative to our Flaming Stone. Cheers!

Ray’s Honey Rye
A unique beer brewed with rye malt and honey.  The character of this golden, lightly hopped beer is amazingly dry. Honey flavor, but no honey sweetness. The recipe was developed with Ray Daniels, 1998 North American Guild of Beer Writers Beer Writer of the Year.
ABV 5.30, IBU 14

Double IPA
Behold, Boscos first Double IPA!  Dry hopped with copious amounts of Citra and Mosaic hops, this beer emits floral and citrus aromas and flavors.  In addition, we added 8 pounds of Citra and Mosaic during the boil to balance out the malt sweetness.  Brewed to commemorate our head brewer’s 600th batch of beer at Boscos. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed brewing it.
ABV 8.00, IBU 88

Belgian Specialty Ale
This style of beer is making a rise overseas so we decided to try our hand at it. Almost any beer can be brewed in this style as long as it contains Belgian Yeast. We looked at Specific Gravities, Color and IBU’S to come up with this delicious and refreshing brew. Enjoy it on our patio as spring and infamous summer heat make this beer very quaffable. Cheers!
ABV 4.99, IBU 34

Specialty Tap - Belgian Dubbel
Belgian Candy Sugar, Caramunich 20 and Special B make this beer true to style. Subtle notes of dried fruit dance on your palate with a smooth effervescence. The use of a specific Belgian Yeast strain gives you a unique and original take on a classic style.
