Boscos Famous Flaming Stone Beer
Great American Beer Festival Silver Medal Winner
North America's “Original Steinbier.” Brewed using a traditional German technique, stones heated in our wood fired ovens are lowered into the beer during the brewing process, giving the beer its unique caramel character. Awarded “Three Stars” by Michael Jackson, the world’s leading beer writer. Great with salads and lightly flavored dishes.

Boscos Bombay IPA
4-Time Real Ale Festival Medal Winner
During the 1800's, when the sun never set on the British Empire, beer being shipped to the Far East always arrived spoiled. To correct this situation, British brewers added large quantities of hops to their pale ales. (Hops act as a natural preservative.) The result is an intensely hoppy amber beer. Delicious with seafood and all spicy flavorful foods.

Isle of Skye Scottish Ale
2-Time Real Ale Festival Medal Winner
Our Scottish Ale combines the flavor of seven types of malt along with three varieties of hops to create a rich, full-bodied brew. A touch of vanilla brings all these flavors together. Try it with our Gorgonzola Pear Salad or our Pork Chop!

C Cubed
Double dry-hopped to give a unique flavor profile and color. The addition of hops during fermentation produces a noticeable haze. New England IPA’s are the craze in the craft beer scene. We made a Memphis version of a Haze Craze beer. Hops include Columbus, Centennial, and a very large portion of Citra! Cheers hopheads!
ABV 6.40, IBU 62

Ed's Porter
In the great melting pot that is the United States, we take traditions from other cultures and Americanize them. In the world of craft brewing, we’ve taken a traditional beer style and add a whole lot of gnarly American hops. And just who is Ed anyway?
ABV 5.80, IBU 45

India Red Ale
A slightly more hoppy version than a traditional Irish Red ale. Our India Red is brewed with Cluster and Fuggles, then dry hopped with one of our brewer’s favorite hops, Citra. The Citra hops are added during secondary fermentation to add some flavor and aroma not typically found in Irish Reds. Cheers!
ABV 5.30, IBU 28
