Boscos Famous Flaming Stone Beer
Great American Beer Festival Silver Medal Winner
North America's “Original Steinbier.” Brewed using a traditional German technique, stones heated in our wood fired ovens are lowered into the beer during the brewing process, giving the beer its unique caramel character. Awarded “Three Stars” by Michael Jackson, the world’s leading beer writer. Great with salads and lightly flavored dishes.

Boscos Bombay IPA
4-Time Real Ale Festival Medal Winner
During the 1800's, when the sun never set on the British Empire, beer being shipped to the Far East always arrived spoiled. To correct this situation, British brewers added large quantities of hops to their pale ales. (Hops act as a natural preservative.) The result is an intensely hoppy amber beer. Delicious with seafood and all spicy flavorful foods.

Midtown Brown
Great American Beer Festival Bronze Medal Winner
A classic English-style Nut Brown Ale. Sweet and malty with the nutty flavor of chocolate malt, this beer is flavorful yet easy to drink. Pairs well with many of our menu items. Excellent with all cheeses and foods with caramelized flavors.

Isle of Skye Scottish Ale
2-Time Real Ale Festival Medal Winner
Our Scottish Ale combines the flavor of seven types of malt along with three varieties of hops to create a rich, full-bodied brew. A touch of vanilla brings all these flavors together. Try it with our Gorgonzola Pear Salad or our Pork Chop!

C Cubed
This version of C Cubed is double dry hopped to give it a unique flavor profile and color appearance. The addition of hops during fermentation helps aide the beer in producing a noticeable haze. New England IPA’s are a huge craze in the craft beer scene. We made a Memphis version of a Haze Craze beer. Hops used for brewing include Columbus, Centennial, and a very large portion of Citra! We know all you hopheads cannot wait to taste this magnificent nectar brewed for you. Cheers!

Milk Stout
A full-bodied, roasted, sweet stout, which delivers a rich flavor without overpowering the palate with hops or the mind with alcohol. Much of that is due to the lactose. Lactose also provides a bit of viscous mouthfeel.  Milk stouts are brewed like any other stout, with grain bills of base, black patent and chocolate malts, and roasted barley to the whim of the brewer. All are excellent as dessert beers, rich and complex enough to complement, but not too filling.  If you are lactose intolerant, this beer is not for you!

Stock Ale
Brewed using an adapted formula from the 1790's, this traditional style of colonial era beer was brewed strong in order to store, or "stock" for long periods of time. Clusters and Willamette hops, two of the longest continuously cultivated hop varieties in the United States, give this ale its hop character while pale malt and unprocessed cane sugar provide the beer's backbone.

Belgian Specialty Ale
This style of beer is making a rise overseas so we decided to try our hand at it. Almost any beer can be brewed in this style as long as it contains Belgian Yeast. We looked at Specific Gravities, Color and IBU’S to come up with this delicious and refreshing brew. Enjoy it on our patio as spring and infamous summer heat make this beer very quaffable. Cheers!

Specialty Tap - Belgian Dubbel
Belgian Candy Sugar, Caramunich 20 and Special B make this beer true to style. Subtle notes of dried fruit dance on your palate with a smooth effervescence. The use of a specific Belgian Yeast strain gives you a unique and original take on a classic style.
